Inspecting your home as if it were our own!

ABOUT QUALITY CARE HOME INSPECTIONS

What Is a Home Inspection?

During our inspection, we are using all of your home’s systems, if we’re able to, under normal operating conditions. We walk any roof and enter any attic if possible. If anything out of the ordinary is noticed such as damages, potential safety issues, systems not functioning, and/or conditions where issues may occur in the future, we take pictures and make detailed notes provided to you in a digital report.

PEACE OF MIND

Sure, finding potential issues in your new home is a big part of the home inspection process, but with us as your inspectors, we also use this time to teach you how to maintain your home moving forward. Even after you close on your property, you are our clients, and you’re encouraged to use us as a point of reference should you have any questions or concerns regarding your home!

YOUR BEST INTEREST

We know the home buying process is an emotional experience so leave it to us to go through your new investment with an unbiased view of everything. It’s easy to fall in love with a home and potentially overlook areas of concern. That’s where we come in, with pictures and notes in our user-friendly digital reports, no stone is left unturned.

EXPERIENCE

Chances are you won’t get to meet your inspector before inspection day so verifying your inspector is certified, licensed and experienced is very important! From a very young age we’ve had ties to the real-estate industry from the general labor side of things to being certified by multiple inspector training institutions (INTERNACHI/AHIT), and from being homeowners ourselves. We are constantly undergoing continuing education and acquiring additional certifications whenever possible!
